GLA:D Hip and Knee

This Spring Session of GLA:D Hip and Knee starts on May 6th and runs Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:15pm – 2:15PM

Are you experiencing pain or stiffness in your hip(s) or knee(s)? These may be symptoms of Osteoarthritis (OA).

Have you heard about GLA:D? GLA:D is an 8 week education and exercise program that was developed in Denmark for people with symptoms of hip or knee OA.

What can GLA:D Canada do for you? This program will teach you the right way to move to reduce your OA symptoms.

Evidence-based education and exercise program that helps people living with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis better manage their symptoms of pain and loss of function.
