DESCRIPTION:Support Changes Everything \nThis support group is for those caring for someone living with dementia. Understanding dementia and its progression is vital to ensure that both you and the person you’re caring for can live as well as possible. \nOur caregiver group involves support for you and the care being provided to the person living with Alzheimer’s or Dementia through sharing feelings and experiences\, the ability to discuss different coping strategies\, and participate in conversation and learning. \nOur Support Group will be held in person the  1st Wednesday of Every Month and the 3rd Monday of every Month (if it is a Holiday Monday this group will be the 4th Monday).
