About the PCN
While we have no physicians working at the Primary Care Network clinic, we do provide services to patients who are referred to us through our 27 member physicians and their 8 clinics throughout Lloydminster. When thinking about your family physician clinic as your Patient Medical Home, we can think of the PCNs as part of the Patient Medical Neighborhood or an extension of the physician clinic. Together with our Physician Clinics, we serve the City of Lloydminster and surrounding area including Blackfoot, Kitscoty, Onion Lake (SK), Marshall (SK), Lashburn (SK), Maidstone (SK) and Turtleford (SK)
